Change: Uprooting Bad Habits
Have you ever viewed the TV show Dr. Change? It’s a drama about two plastic surgeons, their personal lives, and the lives of the people that they touched with plastic surgery.
The opening line of each episode is always the same. The two surgeons are sitting across their desk from a new patient whom they ask, “What you hate about yourself?”
The patient then explains what they don’t like, and the doctors explain how they can change that person’s looks so that they can feel happy with themselves.
Have you ever thought about what it is that you don’t like about yourself? Of course – everyone has. We all imagine that by changing our looks, or having more money, success, or love, we’ll be a lot happier.
If you stop and think about it, if a person isn’t happy with their looks, it isn’t actually their looks that are making them unhappy, it’s their attitude or point of view about their looks that’s causing the unhappiness.
In fact, a famous person said: “A thing is neither good nor bad, only thinking makes it so.”
So the point here is that regardless of what is going on in your life, if you are able to manipulate your point of view, you can reduce stress, eliminate bad behaviors like eating too much, smoking, biting your nails, or even twitching your nose, and feel happy again.
So, the question is: How can we manipulate our point of view?
It’s not as difficult as you might think. Our point of view comes from the programming within our unconscious mind. Some people call it our subconscious mind. And one of the most effective ways to communicate with your unconscious mind is through the use of self-hypnosis, hypnotherapy, and a relatively new technology called Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Now I’m here to tell you that the results can just be described as amazing. However, you must be warned that all hypnotherapists have different levels of training and experience making all hypnotherapy programs not created created equal.
Look for a reliable and highly-trained hypnotherapist that you can trust and let the programming of your mind be overhauled for the better.
Change is coming soon!

Lazy Feet On A Blue Ocean Beach Vacation
I never thought that this would turn out to be a mistake on my part. Actually, I took a week off for vacation. Sounds good, right? But, I didn’t leave town. That was my mistake. I was still too reachable by others.
Now, don’t get me really wrong. I really love what I am doing. But, we all need down time — time to recharge our batteries and rejuvenate our senses.
I am guilty of just working and working at times. While in town, too many people had access to me. I ended up consulting at the university for one day.
I drove carpool part of another day. I did shopping for somebody else. All are worthy and noble causes. But never a vacation.
Even though my voice mail message at my small office says I was on vacation, patients still wanted instantaneous attention. My message that I sent out to the world was wrong.
The real message was something like, I’m not in the office, but I’m around. What did I learn? When you go on vacation, don’t go half-baked but really go 100% for a vacation.
Don’t make it a partial vacation. Do you do this? I think vacations need to last at least two weeks. Week one is for decompression. It is for getting in the mode of vacation.
Then, week two is your real vacation. When was the last time you took a real vacation? Where you got away from it all and truly relaxed.
And by vacation, I mean, vacation. No checking your email every 5 minutes. No jumping on your laptop or the hotel computer just to squeeze in a little work.
Your brain requires a break. Your mind must take a break. Your body longs for a break. We are more productive taking breaks than we are just working.
How about taking a mini-vacation where you go somewhere for the weekend? But, really go somewhere a little far.
When was the last time you took a real vacation?

Conquer The Worst In You
Our life is a big choice. We could choose to sink into the sad and fiery past or we could look forward to the future. We have a choice to overcome the past and use the experience as a way to build something good for the future.
We could choose not to lie stagnant in the memories of something we have no power to change. Instead, we must have used those memories as a driving force to do well in a world that is constantly changing. We have an option to be a force for good instead of being a resentful victim of self pity. Once you overcome yourself, many years from now you sit down and give years of advice, wisdom, and help to others who are undergoing the same personal turmoil.
Humans as we are — within all of us there is that power to do good or to do bad. Talking about the bad, consuming hatred is possibly the most horrible. Look at the hatred that is holding you back for many years. Learn to forgive others of their mistakes. To conquer hatred is actually a true power. Once we learned to beat the bad within ourselves — big and small — then we unlock the doors towards building the dreams running in our heart.
Naturally, the good prospers on good and the bad blossoms on bad. This is a universal truth. At the same time, we should be aware that at any time, all of the good we’ve founded be destroyed by just a moment of bad. There are times when as we are gaining momentum, tragedy strikes. We could have worked for many years and in an instant our finances and savings could just disappear in a thin air.
Hatred is just like all of the things in life that chained you: fear, frustration, anger, failure, disappointment, shame and even procrastination. They puff up up and overcome you if you don’t take action to instead overcome them. With the right mindset programming, we can all overcome our most powerful boundaries.
If we can learn to overcome the most intense negative emotions within us, then we can learn to overcome anything. On any path you take there will be challenges. That much is guaranteed. And in those moments, at our weakest, it’s easy to feel like you’re the only one with problems.
Sure, we all have failed at one point or another. All of us may have met challenges we thought we could not overcome and fortifications we could not break through. We have all chosen to give up when we should have kept going. The past should not automatically equal our future. One of the most damaging beliefs you can acquire is that the problems or disappointments of your past will decide what you make your life into in the future.
Everything is part of life. Life should never be decided by your mistakes – it must be decided on the choices you make today. Your actions right now should establish your future. Take your failure as learning experience.
We know that the road to success is littered with many failures. Never allow yourself to fall into the trap of self-pity. You must move forward after each fall and find a new way as you learn something from each misstep, each failure, and each disaster with an even more passionate focus and force.
You can conquer yourself!

Be Happier And Wealthier
Are you currently happy with the way life is running or maybe you are looking for something more? Are your finances on the right track to achieve the time and money freedom we all want? Getting there won’t be easy – and nobody should promise you that much more pay somebody just to tell that honest view – but definitely never impossible.
Years ago, I was in the same road. I felt that I was not getting the things that I really want from life…in fact life back then was gradually slipping beyond my control. It was as if all my dreams were fading right in front of me. I was undergoing revolutionary changes on my career, relationship, state of health and self-image.
You see, people can sometimes have a nasty habit of talking themselves down and using their creativity in making many wild excuses for their failure of living to their highest potential. Certainly, we need to seek the right steps on how to be happier and wealthier in some of those vital areas.
Reprogramming the way you think. This is the first and the most important step towards combating all the pessimistic “self-speak” that serves nothing but hostage yourself from your dreams. It is time to develop the get-go attitude. Part of thinking reprogramming is laying down the crucial steps that must be done today to accomplish the objectives tomorrow. You must have a doable plan of action that could set your course for months and years to come.
See people in a new positive light. Problems in dealing with people usually start with us. Be negative and the people around you would either go against you or at the very least avoid you. This same principle applies with people on the leadership ladder. Rather than be an ivory tower and imposed your managerial character, why not try being a true leader. A true leader sways and influences his people to the common vision and goals rather than just be another boss who use force to get what he wanted. View people as what they really are not objects subject to wear and tear.
In fact, everything started with about what is going on inside and outside of you. Managing these aspects well can lead the way to maximize your potential and develop hopefully the frame of mind for a happier and wealthier YOU!
Once you discover and apply these secret ingredients, the rest will come naturally! You will gain a much purposeful and victorious approach of living.
Your dreams and life goals are all possible!
See you…
